This policy explains what personal information Scentaholic collects, how we use it and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). What we collect

When you message or order on WhatsApp

Your WhatsApp name and phone number, the products you ask about, and the details you give us to complete an order, such as your delivery address and payment confirmation. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles these messages under its own privacy policy.

On this website

Why we use it

We will only send you marketing messages, such as new arrivals, if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep order conversations and records for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any returns or questions, and for up to 6 years where tax and accounting rules require it. After that we delete them.

Security

We protect the website with encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the owner's password-protected account can change the shop. Please don't send card numbers, PINs or passwords on WhatsApp; we will never ask for them.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
